SHIPPING POLICY
When we ship our package, we put our logo on the top of the box. That way, if you ordered other items from other companies, you know that package, is from us! Please respect this policy, and not take off the logo and sell it as your own. We work hard on these objects by hand, please respect that.
RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return your object, you can do so by giving us an email online. Then, we will come and receive your package as soon as possible. We will give you a full return, and us coming to you and receiving your object, well, that's a no added cost zone! If your not happy with your package, we will take it back for free.
PAYMENT METHOD
When you pay, you must be home.We will come and knock on the door/ring the doorbell and deliver the package, if you are not home, we will take the package back to the workshop where it will wait for you to be home. We will leave a note on the door so you know to call/email us that you're home, so you can pay and receive your package.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Design Fest is in fact copyright. You may not use our products as your own or even the package. You may 'advertise' for us to your friends, but may not say your banner, card, or even font was your idea and Design Fest is your business. Please respect this policy. Thank you.
